Job Description

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the lead teacher during classroom instruction by assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Managing Behaviour and keeping students on task during academic activities.
- Assisting students who require extra guidance, working with them on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Contributing towards maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Participating in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences and other school-related activities as required.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Have prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Show a demonstrable knowledge of child development and learning strategies.
- Be proficient in English and Italian, both in spoken and written communication.
- Be highly organized, patient, passionate about education, and widely adaptable to different learning styles.
