Job Title: Education / Teaching Assistant

Task Description

• Support classroom teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to various learning styles and abilities.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources that facilitate effective learning.
• Conduct small group and one-on-one sessions to reinforce lessons and contribute to students' academic growth.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
• Manage classroom activities and transitions to ensure a productive and orderly environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions to further professional development and community engagement.
• Help with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, grading, and maintaining supplies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
