We are currently looking for a highly motivated, dynamic English Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be aiding our experienced teachers, contributing to the delivery of quality, engaging lessons to our diverse student body.

Job Description

The hired candidate will perform the following responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering English language instruction
• Provide support in managing class dynamics and fostering a nurturing learning environment
• Conduct one-on-one or small group study sessions as required
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and lesson plans
• Help in organizing school events and language immersion activities

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, English, or related field
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a teaching assistant or relevant role
• Proven knowledge in the English language - written and spoken
• Strong communicator, both with students and team members
• Highly creative, dynamic, and can bring innovative teaching techniques to the table
