Job Description

We are seeking to employ an energetic and passionate Education / Teaching Assistant who understands the value of a good education and is prepared to help our students achieve their academic goals. You will be expected to assist our teaching team in managing classroom activities, creating engaging lesson plans and interacting effectively with students, parents and other educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing assistance to teachers in delivering planned educational activities.
- Monitoring and evaluating students’ progress and providing feedback to teachers.
- Assisting students with learning difficulties or special needs in a supportive manner.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and constructive classroom environment.
- Participating in school meetings, training programs and workshops.

Requirements

- At least two years of experience as an Education / Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Italian educational system and curriculum.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, including those with special needs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is preferable.
- Proficiency in Italian and English is necessary. Additional language abilities will be a plus.
