Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff and enhance the educational experiences of our students. The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers in various classrooms, assist in lesson planning, and provide one-on-one support to students. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
• Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Facilitating small group activities and providing individualized support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Monitoring student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers.
• Helping to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Participating in school events and professional development opportunities.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in education or relevant field is preferred.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
