• Facilitating in site selection, catering coordination, attendee registration, etc.
• Interacting with vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless event delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Italian both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and event management software.
• Passionate about the events industry with a keen eye for details.
