Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and setting up educational activities.
• Support students in their daily learning, offering guidance and encouragement to help them reach their full potential.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding academic and social development.
• Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment, ensuring that students follow school rules and guidelines.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to the school community.
• Engage with students in individual or small group settings to provide targeted academic support.
• Assist in the organization of extracurricular activities and school events.

Personal and Job Requirements

• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• A degree in education or a related field is an advantage.
• Understand different learning styles and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
