Job Description

The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, assisting with venue selection and setup, liaising with vendors and clients, implementing promotional strategies, managing event logistics and troubleshooting event-related issues. The intern may also be asked to aid in contract negotiation, budget management, and post-event analysis.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must display event planning skills, have an understanding of the events industry, be comfortable working with diverse teams and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. They must be keen to learn and ready to perform under pressure, showcasing high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Personal Requirements

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, creative, detail-oriented, flexible and results-driven. They should have a positive attitude, a passion for events planning, and be a team player. This individual should be proficient in English - both written and verbal; knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus.
