Human Resources Internship Opportunity in Genoa, Italy

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the HR department in the recruitment process such as conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Support in HR administrative tasks including benefit administration, onboarding processes, policy reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Aid in coordinating HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys and ensure all HR functions strictly adhere to company policies and regulation.
  • Manage, track, and report on HR metrics to assist in data-driven decisions.
  • Provide supportive services to staff on day-to-day HR related queries.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn, ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
