Human Resources Internship Opportunity in Genoa, Italy

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR department in the recruitment process such as conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
- Support in HR administrative tasks including benefit administration, onboarding processes, policy reviews, and compliance checks.
- Aid in coordinating HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys and ensure all HR functions strictly adhere to company policies and regulation.
- Manage, track, and report on HR metrics to assist in data-driven decisions.
- Provide supportive services to staff on day-to-day HR related queries.
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn, ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
