Position Summary
The Spanish Teaching Assistant will support our Spanish language instructors in delivering high-quality lessons, engaging students, and promoting an effective learning environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about language education and cultural exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead instructors in lesson preparation and delivery for various Spanish courses.
- Facilitate interactive language activities, promoting student participation and engagement.
- Provide tutoring support to students seeking additional help or clarification.
- Help develop educational materials, resources, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Participate in cultural events and activities to enhance students' understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to instructors and students.
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in Italian or English is a plus.
- A background in education or language studies is preferred.
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching assistance is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
