Description of Tasks

The intern will be involved in the following tasks:

• Analyze customer feedback and statistics to ameliorate customer service delivery.
• Facilitate communication between different company's departments to solve customer-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a University degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
