Job Description

The selected candidate will assist in the day-to-day management of the classroom, supporting the work of the teachers and enhancing students' learning experience. The successful candidate will work directly with the teacher to deliver detailed and specialized instruction, support students with special needs, monitor and assess student progress, and participate in parent-teacher conferences. The role will also involve planning and supervising field trips, organizing classroom materials, and assisting with general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field. A TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience working in the educational sector is required. The candidate must be fluent in Italian and have good English language skills. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered as a plus.

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential. The successful candidate must be able to understand and adapt to individual student needs, and to work creatively and enthusiastically to solve problems.
