Our collaborator is is a short and long term accommodation services specialist. Founded in 2018 in Dublin with the aim of providing students and tourists with reliable and value for money accommodation services. They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join their team.

Tarefas

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Support the setup and configuration of computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates and backups.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and security.
• Help manage and maintain company databases and other IT assets.
• Provide technical support to staff members on IT-related issues.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

 

Requisitos

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and hardware.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting computer issues and system administration tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Monthly stipend of 500 euros.

Availability

• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Available for an internship of  6 months to 1 Year.
• 35 hours/ week.
