Job Description

As a Wedding Planning Intern, you will showcase your creativity and exceptional organizational skills to complete wedding event projects from concept to completion. This position is ideal for anyone passionate about design, event planning, and working closely with clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of wedding events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and caterers to ensure flawless execution of events.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand their vision and preferences for the event.
  • Execute administrative duties involving client correspondence, budget tracking, and documentation
  • Attend event planning meetings and site visits, providing insight and suggestions

Job Requirements

  • A degree or current enrollment in a related field such as Event Planning, Hospitality or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and agreement-building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
