This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in HR within a vibrant, innovative and nurturing corporate environment which will embed business and people strategy, paving the way for the next generation HR leaders.

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will work hand in hand with our dedicated HR team and participate in the following tasks:

• Participate in key HR initiatives, such as recruitment, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion programs.
• Support in the implementation of talent management strategies.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Involve in HR reporting and data analytics.
• Facilitate HR procedures and policies.

Job Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• Strong skills in using MS Office and HR systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to handle confidential information.
