Job Description

The Intern will be working closely with the department heads to gain hands-on experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. They will have the responsibility of assisting with event planning, food and beverage service, marketing efforts, and customer service.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing special events and functions.
• Aid in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Help with managing online reservations and feedback systems.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and providing solutions promptly.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be pursuing or have completed a degree in hospitality, tourism or any related field. They should possess excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal. They should also be thorough, organized, and detail-oriented.
