Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic intern to join our kitchen staff in Nantes, France. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to learn from experienced culinary professionals and participate in all aspects of the kitchen operations whilst maintaining cleanliness and hygiene procedures following our company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in meal preparation including cutting, peeling, roasting, and other food processing tasks.
• Manage cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist head chef and other kitchen staff in all aspects of food production.
• Learn to use kitchen equipment and tools according to safety guidelines.
• Participate in regular kitchen inventory checks.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge and love for cooking and food.
• Studying or recently finished a degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High-standard comprehension of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
