Job Description

As an intern, you will take on a variety of tasks:

• Assist with daily operations in our various hospitality departments such as concierge, front desk, guest relations, and food and beverage.
• Support the development, implementation, and assessment of new marketing strategies targeting local and international markets.
• Assist guests with planning local outings, sharing information, and booking services regarding Lyon's tourist attractions.
• Participate in special event planning and execution.
• Engage in regular team meetings and suggestive sessions to continuously improve guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive attitude and a penchant for teamwork.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
