Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

Tasks Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and the preparation of onboarding materials.
• Help maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR communication materials and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support training and development programs, assisting in scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
• Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices to contribute to strategic planning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
