Job Description

The Intern will work closely with our team of experienced Wedding Planners and Coordinators. You will be tasked with:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating weddings and related events
• Interacting with clients to understand their wedding vision and needs
• Helping to source and negotiate with vendors
• Scheduling and attending site visits and tastings
• Assisting in budget management
• Preparing event itineraries and timelines
• Being on-site to oversee event set-up, breakdown, and execution

Job Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual who possesses:

• Studies or work experience in Hospitality, Event Management or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Czech
• An eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driving license and ability to travel within Prague for site visits and meetings
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
