Job Title: Hospitality and Tourism Internship

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the co-ordination of daily operations, ensuring smooth functionality and efficient customer service.
• Support the design and implementation of unique tour packages and promotional offers.
• Work closely with various departments, learning about hotel management, human resources, finance, and sales.
• Collaborate in organizing special events and creating guest satisfaction programs.
• Contribute to market research for strategic positioning and future developments.

Job Requirements

• A student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about service excellence with an understanding of guest satisfaction.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
