Events Internship in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

We are looking for a motivated and creative Events Intern to join our team in Plovdiv. The role requires enthusiasm, ambition and passion to help with event management, coordination and logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking experience in the Events industry.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing and managing events
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral for events
- Manage event registration and ticketing systems- Handle event inquiries from clients
- Assist in event venue selection, vendor management and budgeting
- Manage event logistics and on-site support
- Develop post-event reports and feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing or related field
- Previous experience working in the Events industry
- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Event Management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
