Job Description

The chosen intern will be guided and trained under the supervision of experienced chefs. Responsibilities include the following:

• Support the preparation of delicious dishes according to menus and chef's instructions
• Proactively assist in stocking and disposing of food supplies
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in the inspection and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Be a team-player and contribute to the overall dining experience of our customers.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Currently be studying, or a recent graduate of, a course in culinary arts or related field
• Demonstrate strong work ethics, reliability, and commitment
• Possess good communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Have an enthusiasm for the culinary arts and a willingness to learn
• Be legally entitled to work in Portugal
