Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in the food and beverage sector.
• Support the operations team in daily tasks, including inventory management and quality control.
• Engage in product tastings and provide feedback on new recipes and formulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of promotional activities.
• Contribute to social media content creation and management, enhancing the company’s online presence.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop industry knowledge and skills.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an asset.
