Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our language instructors and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English language lessons.
• Conducting conversation practice sessions to improve students' speaking and listening skills.
• Providing one-on-one support to students struggling with specific language concepts.
• Preparing teaching materials and resources, including worksheets and multimedia aids.
• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers.
• Organizing and participating in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs and cultural events.

Personal and Professional Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching and language acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native speaker preferred).
• A background in education, linguistics, or a related field (TEFL certification is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
