- Interact with guests in a professional friendly manner;
- Answer guest inquiries about the hotel & spa services;
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts;
- Schedule appointments for guests at the spa;
- Serve as a point of contact for guests during their stay;
- Assist with any other tasks as needed.
Profile
Education: Tourism or a related degreeSkills and qualifications - Hotel & Spa Receptionist Internship
- Prior experience in the area is preferred but, not obligatory;
- You are a natural communicator;
- You are Fluent in English. Any other languages are extra points;
- Team-work spirit is essential.
