Job Description
Join Our Team as a Passenger Service Agent
? Location: Larnaca or Paphos Airport (LCA / PFO)
? Seasonal Contract Until October 2025 (May End Earlier)
Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We're hiring Passenger Service Agents to represent leading airlines and deliver top-notch service to passengers from check-in to boarding. Whether you're starting your career or seeking seasonal experience, we’ll provide full training to get you airport-ready.
? Training & Schedule:

2 weeks full training provided (customer service, documentation, etc.)

Monthly roster with flexible shifts (4–10 hours/day)
-
Minimum 2 days off/week + 1 weekend off every 5 weeks
-
20 days annual leave (pro-rated for part-time)
? Pay & Benefits:
- Part-time: €7.56/hour, minimum 23 hours/week

Paid overtime:
- 1.5x or 2x on Public Holidays (+ extra time off)

Training days unpaid, but allowance provided

Union deduction: 1%

Tasks
✨ Your Role Will Include:

Assisting passengers with check-in, travel documents & boarding passes

Handling baggage drop-off, tagging & fees
-
Supporting unaccompanied minors, VIPs & special assistance needs
-
Operating boarding gates & jetways
-
Making announcements & offering clear flight info
-
Assisting with arrivals, disruptions & rebooking
-
Following all safety and security protocols
Requirements
✅ What You Need to Join:

Valid ID or Passport
-
Original Police Criminal Record from countries lived in over the last 5 years*
-
Recent Utility Bill (Proof of Address)
-
Employment Certificates or Social Insurance Salary Statements (last 5 years)
-
School Leaving Certificate (and/or University/College Certificate if applicable)
*Students are exempt from criminal record requirements for countries lived in as students.
