The application process was really simple, even though it included interviews where I had to describe myself and my skills. From the beginning, I felt that everything was well organised, which already gave me a positive feeling about the internship.
Once I started, I quickly realised that the internship was really interesting and completely matched my expectations. It allowed me to discover the first real face of the Human Resources world, and I truly loved it. I was involved in interviews, posting vacancies on job boards, and looking for suitable profiles for specific internships. These tasks helped me feel useful, involved, and more confident about my professional direction.
The working conditions were very good, and I really enjoyed both the workspace and the location of the office. My colleagues were amazing—always kind, patient, and very helpful. I met great people who made my daily work enjoyable and motivating, and this supportive environment made a big difference in my experience.
Doing my internship in English helped me improve a lot, and being in Spain also allowed me to develop my Spanish skills. Overall, my experience was great, and it clearly confirmed that I want to work in Human Resources in the future. If one day I have the chance, I would honestly love to come back, because this experience left me with very strong and positive memories.
